Welcome to Rapid. Whether you’re looking to start a new career or advance in your current one, our program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the real estate industry. It is hard to learn on the fly when your business is coming at you 100 miles an hour. To be fair about it other agents have businesses running 100 miles an hour too,. and sometimes can not give the help or support newer agents need. Doctors, firefighters, soldiers, nurses, electricians, plumbers, and more need to learn the skills it takes to do their jobs before they are sent off in the real world, except for real estate agents. You take a class that teaches you nothing on running a business or how to deal with shifting markets or how to market yourself or even where to find business. You pass the class and state exam and presto your a real estate agent with no knowledge on how to do your job. Not a real recipe for success.
With Rapid we aim to change that, again our videos are short for easy viewing and very neutral in it’s content. That is the one great thing about a real estate business, not every one looks or acts the same. But they all have the same principles to running a business effectively. When you watch our videos you will be given informative information you can apply or not, yes some videos (like the one on taxes) you should do what we suggest, it will save you in the future. But for the most part they are overviews of what a real estate agent should be doing to create and sustain a business in the industry.
This is Carolyn Naples. She is an agent who started in October of 2023. We had discussions prior to her getting licensed, that got me thinking that newer agents need this information so Rapid was born. During those discussions without either of us knowing it she was the first one who utilized the program and now is seeing her business flourish.
